Shipping policy

We deliver anywhere in South Africa with our courier partner, currently The Courier Guy.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. At the time of writing, standard delivery is R110 per order anywhere in South Africa, and orders of four or more boxes ship free. Current offers are shown on the site and may change.

When your order leaves

Orders paid before 12:00 on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day. Orders paid after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days to main centres, and can take longer to outlying and rural areas. These are estimates from our courier, not guarantees, and delays can happen during peak periods or for reasons outside our control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your parcel.

Failed or missed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the parcel. If the courier cannot deliver after its standard attempts, we will contact you. Extra delivery costs caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed deliveries may be charged.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it if you can, and follow our Returns and Refunds Policy for damaged items.

Outside South Africa

We currently deliver within South Africa only.
